  • Lead commercial and contractual aspects of our Launchers Programs
  • Maintain and further develop outstanding relationship with our customers and subcontractors
  • Manage current Launchers serial production contracts and subcontracts in tight cooperation with Project Managers, project team and customers
  • Propose, prepare, negotiate and implement contract and subcontracts changes or claims in accordance with internal rules and processes
  • Manage proposals for serial production linked to new requests from our customers, in accordance with internal rules and processes
  • Identify commercial and contractual problems / risks and implement risk mitigation / recovery actions
  • Track and manage sales, order intake and payment progress over the year
  • Ensure constant compliance of operations in cooperation with our compliance experts (e.g. ITAR)
  • Prepare and participate in internal and external commercial and contractual meetings
  • Ensure regular reporting to different entities across our organization
Skills & experience
  • Engineering degree with at least 5 years of commercial/contractual experience (sales and/or contracts management)
  • Commercial degree with at least 5 years of experience (sales and/or contracts management)
  • Proven ability to work in a multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary environment
  • High sense of responsibility and of deliverables quality
  • Excellent ability to listen to customers, and to propose and implement solutions with a high quality standard and high added value
  • Proven negotiation skills
  • Ability to travel abroad for up to 10%
  • Mastering of standard MS Office package, knowledge of SAP is a plus
  • Languages:
o English fluent (spoken + written)
o German fluent (spoken + written)
o Knowledge of French and/or Italian is an advantage
