  • Work as an analysis team member in development projects
  • Provide know how support for thermal issues
  • Lead thermal studies and analysis tasks
  • Know how responsible for all thermal issues
  • Build new thermal models with MSC THERMICA and perform analysis
  • Establish thermal lay-out of launcher structures (passive)
  • Create thermal reports mainly in English
  • Present results in meetings
  • Build new NASTRAN and/or ABAQUS FE Models and perform analysis
  • Perform detailed stress analysis
  • Create mechanical analysis reports mainly in English
  • Interface with System Engineering, Design. Material & Processes
Skills & experience

Mandatory are:
  • Several years experience in thermal engineering/design and analysis
  • Advanced knowledge with MSC THERMICA Analysis software tool
  • Several years experience in mechanical analysis of aerospace structures and components
  • Experience with MSC NASTRAN FE Analysis software tool
  • Experienced in composite design
  • Ability to create technical reports in English
  • Advanced English knowledge in reading, writing and speaking, Level B2
  • Ability to lead thermal studies and project tasks

Desirable are:
  • Advanced knowledge in detail stress analysis of aerospace structures and components
  • Advanced knowledge with the ABAQUS FE analysis Software
  • Knowledge of alternative thermal software
  • IT knowledge for CAE environment
