Responsibilities:

Content and Training Development

  • Interview subject matter experts, teachers, students, and analyzes responses to determine instructional design and technical design requirements for redevelopment of online courses and interactivities
  • Lead planning, designing, developing, documenting, and testing during the development and redevelopment of new and existing online courses and interactivities
  • Provide advanced support to developers and vendors interns for development software, design elements, learning management systems, and outside resources
  • Ensure proper usage of intellectual property rights and avoid copyright infringements in any learning related documents
  • Create technical and instructional design development criteria based on evaluation of research in the field and ensures standards are met and implemented, as measured by the Development Checklist
  • Research applicability of and uses development technology to increase level of adaptability, usability, and prescriptive learning

 

Train the Trainer

  • Collaborate with developers, instructors, trainers, platform partners, and mentors
  • Provide advanced support to ONE|Helpdesk operations for inquiries related to ONE|Learning
  • Work with the trainer team, specialist teams, Regional and Global L&D Teams to scope out and implement changes to training services using instructional design standards

Qualifications:

You are currently working as IDS for about 4 yearsor more with a proven record of success (which would be best proven by showing the results of a full project management cycle in which you developed a new curriculum from beginning to end). Ideally you have gained your experience either in the IT, Software or Service Industry, and have completed a BA or MBA degree earlier in your career.

 

In your current responsibility, you take accountability for the successful planning, designing, developing, documentation and testingof online and class-room training courses. Furthermore you’re taking responsibility to coordinate interactive web applications and technologies (SCORM).

 

 

As IDS, you run TNI (Training Needs Identification)through surveys and by taking interviews with our senior leadership team members and trainers to determine instructional and technical design requirements for the redevelopment of online training courses and interactivities, creating components to increase the level of usability and prescriptive learning.

 

 

You are used to analyze dataand to take the right conclusions to create specifications for modifying and customizing training courses and interactive web applications.

Finally you create and deliver TTTTs (Train the Trainer Trainings) on the new training courses and assist other staff members in learning new technologies and delivery systems.

 

You take great pride in delivering Customer Satisfaction(internally and externally) and Employee Satisfactionin your teams is paramount. Integrityis important to you but the big corporate machines don’t really interest you.
