As a responsible, competent and reliable contact person, you will be responsible for the internal handling of all

inquiries from SoftwareONE clients. Caring for clients, drawing up quotations, order processing as well as closely

collaborating with the Account Manager will be part of your core tasks. As an expert in the field of our publishers,

you have the opportunity to acquire in-depth know-how on services, licensing models and manufacturers’

strategy. Participate in workshops and training sessions and thus contribute to the development of knowledge

within our company.

  • Proactively advise and support our clients in-house
  • Create offers, order confirmations and monthly reports
  • Support our Account Management in terms of contract management, client database maintenance and business portfolio development
  • Relationship management with manufacturers and suppliers
  • Acquire and develop licensing and services know-how including participation in trainings
  • Business education
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in sales administration or a similar position
  • Licensing know-how or experience in the IT industry is of great advantage
  • Fluent in French and English
  • German or Italian is of advantage
  • ERP knowledge (preferably Navision)
  • Affinity for technology and IT
  • High level of flexibility and resilience
