  • Consistently reach or exceed quota using a consultative and solution selling approach
  • Demonstrate experience and expertise in selling technology to senior business decision-makers by reinforcing the value to the customersoverall business plan
  • Actively drive solution sales opportunities and opportunity funnel
  • Help envision and guide customers in respect of Software Lifecycle Management
  • Further develop our solutions portfolio and design solutions based on customer needs to successfully close larger opportunities
  • Lead BID teams in the course of large tenders and RfPs
  • Perform high level customer presentations in front of larger audience
  • Create sales material within area of expertise
  • Work with virtual teams such as Software Procurement and Software Asset Management and central hubs around the globe
  • Build and maintain a solid network within key accounts (on various levels) and internally with licensing sales and our delivery organization
  • Provide support to different sales teams
  • 10+ years of experience in the IT industry, preferably in the publisher ecosystem
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in successfully selling services and solutions
  • Demonstrated experience and expertise in direct sales model as well as business and strategy planning
  • Strong IT industry business acumen
  • Ability to drive results and multiple large opportunities at different sales stages in a fast-paced matrix organization
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
  • Strong negotiation, problem solving and presentation skills
  • Team player with a high degree of self-motivation and results orientation
  • Used to working independently in an organized and analytical manner with little supervision
