The Interactive Brokers Group is a rapidly growing international securities firm with a substantial proprietary trading and global online brokerage operations.


For our Operations Support department, we are looking for a professional, motivated and technologically oriented candidate.

  • Monitoring & troubleshooting of the Brokerage & Trading (system operating processes, network services and hardware systems).
  • Troubleshooting of problems reported by other In-House operation departments.
  • Interact with various levels of the organization to communicate problem status and resolution.
  • Testing the functionality of various internal system interfaces.
  • Problem reporting and documentation.
  • Development of tools for operation groups using perl and shell script web tools.
  • Good working knowledge of UNIX operating systems.
  • Good English communication skills oral and written.
  • Programming skills: shell script and perl essential.
  • Previous support related position experience is a plus.
  • Previous experience in the financial industry is a plus.
