The Interactive Brokers Group is a rapidly growing international securities firm with a substantial proprietary trading and global online brokerage operations.


Interactive Brokers’ fast growing online brokerage unit is expanding its Client Services operation. We are looking for experienced candidates with strong math and technical aptitude, the ability to troubleshoot and explain complex subjects, and the capacity to identify opportunities for technology-based improvements.


  • Facilitate clients cash deposit and withdrawal activity and assist with asset transfer support
  • Consult customers on regulations such as FATCA and CRS, investigate tax withholding queries and review statement profit/loss inquiries
  • Friendly and competent handling of challenging customer inquiries via telephone, on-line chat and web ticket regarding account configuration and funding, cash and derivative products, account statements and our trading platforms.
  • High level of contact with our global client base, our internal compliance department and third-party banks/brokers


  • Bank or commercial apprenticeship with minimum 2-years equivalent experience in brokerage or mid-office banking services
  • Strong understanding of the financial markets, the banking industry and AML regulations
  • Strong knowledge of FATCA and CRS regulations
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills are essential
  • Competency with MS Office and comfortable working with automated systems
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Self-confident, extroverted with the ability to work independently
  • Fluent English mandatory; any additional EU language is a plus
  • FINRA Series 7 and 63/65
