Your tasks
  • Lead, plan, budget and implement the organization of workshops, congresses and medical education events with customers and KOL
  • Drive practice growth and differentiate market place by initiating and implementing service programs
  • Develop a KOL network to support on-going education initiatives and act as main contact point
  • Own the brand plan and marketing programs
  • Develop and implement effective, targeted and innovative brand programs that drive the commercial success of the brand and put energy and passion behind the marketing promotional materials
  • Budget management
  • Organization of internal events (i.e. sales conferences)
Your profile
  • Bachelor degree a minimum, additional marketing qualifications an advantage
  • 5 years’ work experience in a marketing management role
  • Experience in event management and customer relationship management
  • Fluency in German and English, French is an asset
  • Strong understanding of customer insight while also knowing how to put “insight into action”
  • Passionate about team development and fostering a positive culture
  • Results-driven, entrepreneurial mind-set and able to operate in a challenging and fast paced environment
  • Good communication and influencing skills are key as is the ability to challenge the status quo
  • Ability to network internally and externally
