Your responsibilities

In your new role, you will be responsible for EMEA sales of handheld non-destructive testing devices with a high focus on flaw detection as well as other devices that require high skill sets. Thereby you generate direct sales with end users, promote new products and support customers solving flaw detection (especially UT) application problems. Beside product demonstration and application support on sites like factories, laboratories or universities, you will hold seminars, product trainings and technical support to customers, business partners and other sales engineers.
Furthermore you will feed market trends towards product improvement as well as actively participate in scientific, standard committees and NDT societies. English is the working language for all documentation and reports, while excellent German language skills are a must.
International traveling 30% to 50%.

Your identity

To meet this challenge successfully, you have a higher engineering education. Also mandatory you have good experience in Sales and/or Key Account Management and/or in Product Management of NDT instruments in the field of phased array (PA), ultrasonic (UT), flight diffraction (TOFD) and eddy current in accordance with ISO 9712 / ASNT Level 2.
In addition, a good understanding of physics, a proven track record in developing new customer relations and an excellent network within the international NDT market would be highly valued. Personally, you are highly motivated to visit and counsel your clients intensively, work self-independent and generate new business through your competence, your persistence and successful acquisition.
Fluency in English and German. Knowledge of any additional languages being appreciated.
