Your responsibilities

As Senior Partner you are primarily in charge of the acquisition, marketing and global advisory of private customers in all aspects of wealth structuring and management, including tax-, succession- and estate planning. In the absence of strict customer- or market segmentation, you are able to best leverage your entire customer network. As trusted advisor of a new Private Banking style, you will identify and analyse the specific needs of your customers, design innovative solutions, and mobilize the necessary internal and external resources beyond the fields of your own competence. Thanks to the broad network of partner banks, you are in a position to find practical solutions to all customer needs. You keep you up-dated on the latest market developments and trends, in particular regarding compliance and regulations in your key markets. Your declared goal is to substantially increase your asset base and the return achieved on it, which is the base and prime driver for your compensation. This is entrepreneurship at its best, with the necessary freedom and privileges to unlock your huge potential. You generate real adding value for your customers by providing dedicated, personalized and tailor-made services.

Your identity

You are a seasoned and dedicated Private Banker or (independent) Asset Manager with a sound educational background and long lasting experience in the wealth management field. You have an excellent track record in sourcing customers and turning opportunities into concrete business. Your daily actions are being driven by a high degree of discretion, professionalism and integrity. You fulfill all attributes of a competent, reliable and trustworthy Relationship Manager. Stress resistance, flexibility and a strong integration- and adaptation capacity are equally important for this position as excellent communication- and presentation skills. Your English is fluent both verbally and in writing, and you preferably also master French and the language of your markets under stewardship. With your entrepreneurial mind set, you are used to take initiatives and to assume full responsibility for your own doing. In the world of high profile Private Banking, you act both with style and elegance. You are not only able to spot, but also to anticipate the specific needs of your customers. Your view is global, taking into account all dimensions of a problem; you are curious and keen on exploring new horizons. As ambassador of a new, modern banking style that is clearly customer centred you gain the respect of your customers and peers in the organisation.
