Global Junior Marketing Manager Industrial Applications (m/f)

To support our Business Unit Industrial & Consumer Specialties team, based in Muttenz/BL, Switzerland.

  • Master´s degree in Business and/or Chemistry
  • At least 2-4 years of marketing experience from a B2B environment
  • Good written and oral communication skills in German and English, other languages would be an advantage
  • Strong knowledge in MS-Office, SAP R3
  • Open-minded for technical topics and complex business situations, combined with a high willingness and ability to learn new things
  • Proactive and reliable working attitude acting with a high degree of personal responsibility
  • Intercultural team work spirit
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Solid project management skills
  • Willingness to travel

  • Develop value propositions and marketing concepts for our additive portfolio targeting the Paints & Coatings, Emulsion Polymerization, Polymer and Lubricant industry
  • Develop promotion materials and sales tools for the Industrial Applications portfolio
  • Increase market intelligence, by understanding market trends, customer needs and competitor activities
  • Initiate innovation projects based on identified market trends and support commercialization of the product
  • Work with agencies to develop communication concepts for market launches
  • Correspondence and active communication in English with our worldwide subsidiaries and our Global Application Development Center
