Our Group Communications Team is responsible for external, internal communications and
e-communications. To enhance and complete the team, we are looking for a
Reporting to the Head of Communications, you take responsibility for open and targeted, group-wide communication to all employees, by developing and implementing cross-divisional internal communications programs. In this position you provide communication packages to be cascaded throughout the organization. You write and edit messages and implement them via intranet and other channels. In addition, you develop concepts for interaction and integration of social media tools into internal communication activities. Occasionally you write, edit, and quality-check external communications such as media releases, etc. You work as a member of the Group Communications team in close co-operation with all divisions and consult our Executive Committee Members. Furthermore, you are responsible for the organization of our internal roadshows and town hall meetings, providing required presentations to our Executive Committee.
