In summer 2016, our client is opening a luxurious and exclusive rehabilitation facility in the Gstaad/Rougemont area, ideally located in the Swiss Alps. Amidst this fantastic Alpine scenery, guests from around the world will receive care and treatment for disorders such as alcoholism, drug dependency and gambling/Internet addiction.

Within the therapist team we are looking for a
Your responsibilities:
As a member of the team you will report directly to the chief psychologist/psychoanalyst. Your day-to-day work will involve caring for and supervising the international guests. You will implement the individually defined therapy programmes with the guests. You will conduct one-to-one or group meetings with the guests. You will accompany the guests to external forms of therapy such as music, art and painting. You will draw on your knowledge of treatment methods such as DBT and the twelve-step programme, and will apply these when caring for guests. You will do everything in your power to help guests recover from their addiction.
Your profile:
You have formal training in healthcare, medicine or the social sector. You have previous experience in dealing with addicts in a clinical environment and are familiar with the treatment methods mentioned above. You are internat-ionally oriented and are very good at dealing with demanding guests. You are well presented, able to provide competent assistance and are particularly serviceoriented. You are a Swiss or EU citizen or have a Swiss work permit. You are able to speak and write English perfectly. Other languages such as German, French, Russian, Chinese or Arabic are an advantage.
