For our client, an international company with Headquarter in Zurich City, we are looking for an Executive Assistant 100% (f/m).


  • Prioritize and manage the diaries of the Senior management

  • Organize business critical internal/external events - travel, meetings and conferences worldwide

  • Screen and prioritize incoming mail, e-mails and phone calls

  • Create presentations, conduct research, special projects in preparation for board meetings

  • Administrative tasks and responsible for different communication tasks within the Group Function ensuring knowledge and information is shared and keep others up to date

  • Organize office infrastructure for team members

  • Check and handle management invoices and expense reports

  • Draft professional correspondence and create power point presentations

Your Qualification and Skills

  • Commercial qualification or equivalent

  • Several years of experience supporting the several directors

  • Ideally 4-6 years' experience in a similar role

  • High attention to detail and able to work under pressure

  • Experience in an international industrial environment preferred

  • High Level of proficiency in all MS Office products, specially PowerPoint and Excel

  • Fluent in English any other languages are a plus, but not mandatory

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, must be able to independently write professional, error - free correspondence

  • Service,- open minded and hands on personality
