Our client brings 25 years of history within as leading provider software development and services for the information and communication technology industry. With the relocation of the HQ to Switzerland we are searching exclusive a Sales Manager (f/m) to support the expanding of the Group and Business Development.

Your Responsibilities

  • Responsible for selling Product Engineering Services and R&D Solutions

  • Responsible for negotiating and closing multi-year agreements

  • Researching, mapping, establishing, developing and maintaining strong relationships with prospects and client team members

  • Lead generator, qualifier, and closer of Engineering Services opportunities

  • Build and manage Qualified Sales pipeline consistent with account Strategy

  • Develop and articulate sales strategies, complete bid review plans for all major opportunities

  • Develop a sales plan for the assigned Territory which comprises of the following:

  • Ability to identify global business opportunities

  • Identification, mobilization and management of internal and external stakeholders for achieving revenues

  • Forging strategic relationships at the client organization at the CXO (corporate executives) level

  • Understands and executes company strategy (financials, offerings, segments, target accounts)

  • Develops strong business case and ROI

  • Focused on value selling and high-value models of selling

  • Strong understanding of financials, profitability and cash flow

  • Understanding of strategy (financial, product, market, sales)

  • Establish relationships with the key client stakeholders and play the role of a trusted advisor

  • Develop account strategies including leading the team performing rigorous analysis to identify potential value creating opportunities, creating the business case and developing the requirements to implement the strategy

  • Lead client assessment portion of strategy engagements, develop cohesive conclusions and present key findings at the executive level

  • Provide strategy development and solution development to support new business activities and existing client relationships

  • Provide ongoing strategic and operational guidance to support new business activities and existing client relationships

  • Originate, qualify, and close new opportunities

Your Profile

  • Bachelor degree in business, marketing or equivalent training in business or sales management

  • Strong communication skills

  • Ambitious, goal orientated

  • Very good knowledge of the Swiss Market

  • Strong Technical know how

  • Good communication in German and English, French or Italian are a plus

  • Minimum work experience of 8 years in Engineering Services or OEM (HW, SW and attached Services) Sales

  • Strong knowledge, understanding and relationships with customers

  • Experience selling Product Engineering, Development and Test + R&D solutions/services

  • Ability to establish strategic business relationships with customers at all levels of management
