We Offer
  • A challenging function within the Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) Organization for International Wealth Management (IWM) located in Zurich
  • Full responsibility for coordinating projects and managing cases across different Compliance topics
  • Assistance of the  Head of Compliance Services, Monitoring, Surveillance and Testing (CSMST) in the implementation of global-scale projects initiated by the top management
  • Preparation and coordination of senior management information reporting to provide relevant information for decision making
  • Coordination of new major business initiative requests for all IWM business divisions globally
  • Single point of contact to provide sign-offs and / or input on various ad-hoc requests of different Compliance and Legal departments, the Business, and others
  • Develop and cultivate good working relationships with other departments of the Compliance- and Legal-Division, the Business, Internal and External Audit and other control functions to continuously improve our control environment

You Offer
  • University degree in a Law / Economic related area or alternatively an apprenticeship with further education (Diploma / Certificate in Compliance, AML or Financial Crime is desired but not essential)
  • Minimum of three years of relevant experience in the field of Compliance, Risk or Audit and / or Project Management-experience preferable gained in a major financial services organization or in a consultancy environment ideally with a focus on banking
  • Strong verbal and written skills in English are a must, German and any additional languages are an advantage
  • Sense for regulatory matters with an enthusiastic approach to the role as well as attention to detail and well-organized joint-up thinking and flexibility
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate and manage projects in a complex environment
  • Good analytical  skills in combination with a distinct economic understanding
  • Open communication style and willingness to contribute to a highly motivated team
