  • A position as Head Infrastructure for Group Messaging, Sanctions and Securities Market Rules responsible for a highly sensitive bank-wide service with critical business impact servicing Credit Suisse entities globally
  • Develop and implement Infrastructure strategy for the Financial Messaging, Sanctions and Securities Market Rules
  • Responsible for end-to-end service delivery for Group Messaging, Sanctions and Securities Market Rules Business Applications
  • Responsible for strategic IT and business program deliveries by ensuring execution is in time, scope and budget and are respected by liaising with internal and external stakeholders and close collaboration with IT
  • Achieving regulatory compliance as well as cost benefit and global footprint targets strategy
  • Drive change by fostering new technology and leveraging market best practices
  • Liaise and maintain productive partnerships across the bank such as Advisory and Services Heads as well as Compliance, IT and Business Service Receivers and Stakeholders and create a common ground to execute the strategy and deliver
  • Create sustainable and effective risk and control culture
  • Lead a high performing team located in Zurich and Poland
  • Drive and implement central securities rule engine project as part of the strategy

You Offer
 
  • Educated to degree level
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Financial Sector
  • Know-how in Banking Operations (Financial Messaging, Sanctions and Securities Markets as well as Legal/Compliance seen as asset)
  • Strong affinity to and good general understanding of Information Technology
  • Strong self-drive with an entrepreneurial and innovative hands-on approach to affect change
  • Capability to manage strategic development and service delivery
  • Ability to communicate, negotiate and network effectively on all organizational levels as well as within a multi-cultural environment
  • Ability to build up and maintain productive partnerships
  • Strong leader with focus on diversity and inclusion
  • Excellent control and at the same time operational mindset
  • Ability to break down highly complex regulatory topics into executable processes and projects
  • Experience in leading and heading remote teams and working in a global environment
