As key contact in the commercial relationship with accounts under his/her teams responsibility, the



Client Service Specialist - 40 %


provides telephone travel management advice to proactively assist the client in his attempt to reduce business travel costs, to maximise the level of service quality and to meet CWT financial success.



Position responsabilities 


    • Develop trustful relationship with customer

    • Support the customer in:                                                                                  


      • analysing MIS statistics                                                                        



      • negotiations with suppliers                                                                



      • definition and updates of travel policy                                                 



      • optimization of travel expense and travel related processes                      

    • Lead travel program review meetings

    • Closely cooperate with Traveler Services Management and Branch Managers

    • Cooperate with Global Program Managers

    • Assist Country Implementation Manager during new client implementations

    • Lead re-bid or re-negotiation of contract






    • Experience in Business travel industry

    • High affinity for travel industry technologies (OBT, GDS)

    • Strong, open minded and dynamic personality with good communication skills

    • Fluent in Germanand English, any other language is an asset

    • Strong in MS Exceland MS Powerpoint

    • Self-confident and adaptive

    • Structured, methodical and customer focused

    • Team oriented
