These leadership Development interventions are designed in line with the overall Business and HR Strategy and are focussed on developing our current and future leaders within Novartis. He/She is the subject matter expert on Leadership Development and extensive experience in developing senior Leaders.

Strategy/Market Focus:
 Co-designs and supports robust execution of Leadership Development strategy
 Responsible for the design and delivery of Enterprise Leadership Interventions in partnership with key internal stakeholders (senior business and HR leaders)and external Subject Matter Experts.
 Actively partners with key senior internal stakeholders within HR and business and purposely translates the Enterprise Business, HR and Talent Management and Leadership strategy into robust and impactful leadership interventions
 Designs a robust portfolio of Leadership Development programmes which are cascaded across the enterprise
 Solutions have to be effective across a range of functions/divisions and also across different types of markets i.e. developed and emerging
 Works closely with divisions/functions to ensure Enterprise centric solutions and does so by championing a co-creation approach i.e. adapting/re-purposing what exists internally and building off best practises
 Champions a co-creation approach by involving relevant internal and stakeholders, blending in the latest thinking, external best practises and re-purposing existing content which may exist internally.
 Key contributor in designing the Enterprise Leadership Development strategy and acts as a sounding partner to the Enterprise Head of Leadership Development in ensuring the Leadership Development strategy is well aligned to internal context and external best practises.

 Embeds Innovative Learning approaches like, experiential journeys, Modular Approach, Technology enabled learning, continuous learning, learning from peers using the organisation
 Relevance of learning interventions to the organisational needs
 Delivers high quality Leadership Development interventions Measurable impact and behavioural change as outcome of the experience created People, Capabilities, and Management:
 Works closely with Divisional/Functional Leadership Development leads through program design and deployment.
 Actively partners with Learning Coordinators to ensure a sustained, high quality learning experiences.
Minimum requirements• Master’s degree or equivalent with focus on HR, Organisational Psychology or Organizational Behaviour
• Fluent in English, other languages a plus
• 12 – 15 years of experience in HR
• experience in mature and emerging markets are a plus
• strong design expertise on Leadership Development and fully conversant with the latest thinking and research around Leadership Development
• Strong facilitation and delivery skills as could be involved in personally delivering specific leadership programs interventions with the external delivery partners
