 Independent preparation of complex income tax returns, (foreign) withholding tax / lump sum tax credit (Verrechnungssteuer, pauschale Steueranrechnung) forms, transfer tax filings (Stempelsteuern), real estate transfer tax returns (Grundstückgewinn- und Handänderungssteuer) for various Swiss group companies

 Correct and timely settlement of tax accounts for the various Swiss group companies

 Accurate performance Cash Tax Forecasts and Latest Forecasts for income taxes

 Quarterly/annually determination of the current and deferred tax provision of various Swiss group companies

 Provide guidance and supervision to the accounting functions of business units (in Switzerland: FSC Basel and NGSC Prague) and external advisors to tax return/tax provision/general tax compliance topics

 Identification of major weaknesses and tax saving opportunities imbedded with the tax compliance process and set-up of remedy procedures/actions to achieve tax efficient and effective compliance system

 Design/update and implementation of tax compliance manuals allowing for outsourcing and standardization (forecasts, certificates, FACTA/CRS-E compliance)

 Build-up and maintenance of relationship with internal stakeholders such as FRA, BP&A, Group Treasury, Legal etc.

 Performance of year-end tax planning before the close of the Swiss statutory books of various Swiss group companies

 Suggesting tax planning / restructuring measures for all direct taxes of the various Swiss group companies under the Corporate Tax Reform III

 Monitoring of the budget of Group Tax
Minimum requirements- Bachelor in Business Administration,

- Fachausweis „Fachfrau/-mann im Finanz- & Rechnungswesen“ or similar

- German & English fluently

- 5-10 years of relevant experience in a tax advisory firm
