Consumer and Market Knowledge (CMK)Do you want to influence business strategy by representing the voice of the consumer? If so, then a role in the Consumer and Market Knowledge (CMK) organization may be for you! CMK's role is to create a competitive advantage for Procter & Gamble through superior consumer and market understanding. This brings consumers to the center of Procter & Gamble's business decision-making. In CMK, you will be an integral part of a multi-functional business team, working with Brand, R&D, Design, CBD (Sales) and Finance partners. Your role is like an internal research and business strategy consultant and includes identifying and clearly defining business issues and opportunities. You will also play a key role in designing a research plan to generate the understanding needed to solve the problem or capitalize upon the opportunity.
Finance & Accounting (F&A)In F&A, we lead meaningful value creation for Billion Dollar Brands. As an intern for 3 to 6 months, you will lead your own project partnering within a brand team or within corporate finance, and work closely with senior leaders from different functions to make decisions that influence the strategy of the world’s largest FMCG Company. Typical internship projects would be analyzing major competitors to refine business strategies for P&G products, exploring alternative manufacturing opportunities, assessing the financial impact of a new product initiative, analyzing the Brand P&L and recommending options to improve the ROI of our investments. An internship in F&A will give you the opportunity to get responsibility as of day one in and enable you to develop not only your financialand business skills, but also strengthen universal skills such as leadership & communication, making it a challenging and rewarding experience.
Brand Management (BRM)We offer exciting and challenging 6-month Brand management internships to outstanding students. You will be a member of a Brand Group and you will be exposed to real projects and challenges, backed up by your P&G coach. Depending on the role, you will either work on a well-established brand or you may be assigned to a new brand to be launched in the marketplace. You will have your own responsibilities from your first day on the job which among others will allow you to leverage and further develop your leadership and marketing mastery skills. Also, you will grow in our multi-functional and multi-cultural environment and develop your talent and ideas. Furthermore, you will have access to a number of corporate as well as marketing specific trainings, which will make your experience in P&G even richer.
*Strategic Purchasing (PUR)
P&G’s Strategic Sourcing leaders are commercial experts found at the forefront of supply-chain activities, managing P&G’s expenditure and bringing the outside in. Whether for knowledge, innovation or best practices, Purchases people are the eyes and ears of the company, connecting with a variety of industries. As a Purchasing Intern, you will be working with a Purchasing Manager and will be responsible for a spend area and/or a significant project within one of our segments.
