SALES Assistant - Customer Team
Every SALES job operates in an environment with very frequent external and internal pressures and changes. These could issue from either changes or new requirements of the market (new customer strategy, new/less customers, pricing pressures etc.) as well as issues from internal matters (missing turnover targets, new product introduction, changes in processes etc.). Due to these rapid changes, a SALES team assistant needs to have a structured and disciplined work approach, so the permanent disruptions/changes don’t mislead. A SALES team assistant has very good knowledge of Sales processes and systems, strong collaboration skills, a high degree on priority settings, diligence and creativity. This job requires a team player.
The job requires a thorough knowledge of key company software applications, as well as company policies and procedures. It requires arithmetic skills, as well as a high tolerance for prioritizing own tasks and multitasking. Training for full autonomy will require at least a year to understand the sales framework.
Support for teamleader and customer team: · Assists Team Leader/Team with meeting preparations and execution (incl. meeting minutes) · Assists in project work (Customer and Category projects) and customer presentations · Administrator of business correspondence · Assists in procurement of all kind of customer team business relevant topics (e.g. e-pictures, competitor news, internet, etc.) · Coordinator of on-boarding process of SALES new-hires.
Management of customer specific activities (all customers): · Coordinator of „Supply Management “ for customers (sample ordering/dispatch, product illustrations, sales promotion material etc.) · Administrator of customer article master data (customer data systems) · Assists KAM in creation of “free of charge” template (Freigabescheine)
Administrative SAM support (DENNER) · Assists SAM in creation of “free of charge” template (Freigabescheine) · Assists in writing offers (Denner) · Administrator of PACT upload process (feature volumes in system) · Assists in tracking tasks (e.g. Feature tracking; Store Check documention etc.) · Assists in consumer complaints (contact with product/consumer helpline, correspondence and follow-up with customer) · Budget tracking
Administrative Country Manager support · Appointment coordinations · Business correspondence · Set up business meetings
