Reporting to the Group Controlling and Reporting Manager, your main mission consists in 

performing Group financial consolidation and reporting activities, including actual close, monthly budget, forecast and intercompany dispute management.


  • Group financial data consolidation (40%)
    • Develop and run integrated systems checks (SAP modules :BOFC, BPC, BW) to ensure respect of Group financial directives, policies and service level agreements
    • Provide general support to Group entities
    • Consolidate in a timely manner data submitted by Entities
    • Provide consolidated financial data to Business Unit Controllers for review, follow-up and validation

  • Group financial data reporting (30%)
    • Prepare and support the communication of Group financial reports and presentations for the Group Executive Committee
    • Assist in performing financial analysis on Group results
    • Support the production of the financial section to be included in the Group semi-annual and annual reports

  • Perform monthly intercompany transaction reconciliations (balance sheet, financial and management P&L)
  • Act as first level of support for one of SAP reporting tool for the users of the application
  • Act as back-up person for the accounting & reporting of the Group Holding Entity.
  • Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance & Controlling
  • 2 years of international experience as Financial Analyst at Corporate, regional or Business Unit headquarters level for business controlling and planning/forecasting
  • Experience in Group consolidation and reporting would be a plus
  • Experience in accounting department would be a plus
  • Knowledge of one of the following SAP consolidation and reporting systems (BPC, BOFC, BW) and strong skills on Microsoft Office (Excel)
  • Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).
