CAMO Supervisor

CAMO Supervisor


It is the CAMO Supervisor responsibility to support the Maintenance Control Center, provide short term

stability and contribute to the Etihad Regional Technical Departments on time performance target. The role is

responsible for monitoring and planning Routine and Non Routine Maintenance Tasks and any additional

tasks as required by the operation.

 Ensure that all maintenance tasks are properly planned and performed as per the company approved

Aircraft Maintenance Program and/or any other relevant documentation.

 Ensure all Deferred Defect of EYR fleet including MEL’s, Operational Significant Defects and

Passenger comfort defects are properly planned and performed.

 Ensure that maximum attention is given to company On Time Performance program.

 Support the Maintenance Control Center in its role to ensure a smooth operation at all the times during

the daily operations.

 Ensure all tasks allocated in the structured working day are performed during the shift.

 Attend Daily Performance Meeting to ensure appropriate information distribution related to daily

planning program.

 Perform other duties that may be assigned by the CAM.

 Supervise and coordinate activities performed by subcontracted CAMO organization.




 Hold a technical academic degree or diploma in aeronautical engineering


 A minimum of 10 years in aviation business with 5 years’ experience within in a similar role.

 Excellent all-round Planning and Operational and Crisis management skills

Training & Knowledge:

 Excellent Crisis / Time management

 Excellent knowledge of engineering standards for a Regional Airline

 Excellent knowledge of Aviation Regulations (EASA Part-M & Part-145)

 High standards of English language

 Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills

 Excellent knowledge of engineering standards appropriate for an International airline
