Partner Sales Executive - SMB
The Partner Sales Executive (PSE) works with our best and most advanced Microsoft partners, supporting them in a joint cloud solution sales motion and enabling them to transform into and be successful in a cloud first mobile first world.
The PSE manages our strategic partners and their solutions, their cloud sales & consumption motions in our SMB customer segment and drives results against revenue, cloud consumption and key business scorecard targets.
Partner Sales Execution, Sales Orchestration & Partner Capacity/Capability Development:
Act as a sales manager for your partners and manage insertion of appropriate Microsoft and partner technical & sales resources on key partner opportunities at the appropriate time to move forward. Drive results against revenue and key business scorecard targets with strategic Microsoft solution partners in SMB. Ensure managed partners opportunities are reflected correctly in internal systems in order to track, monitor and forecast target attainment & opportunity pipeline velocity through consistent business processes. Increase Channel presence of Microsoft Cloud based services through the strategic Microsoft solution partners (i.e. 100% Cloud active portfolio)
Partner Business Planning & Development:
Set measurable goals & establish metrics to confirm areas of investment to drive partner dedication to Microsoft to grow cloud sales & consumption, incl. cloud competency & cloud IURs. Drive usage of Microsoft sales resources & programs such as cloud incentives, investment funds, product offers, to accelerate sales & improve partner profitability. Facilitate joint planning sessions with the partner & Corporate Account sellers to drive collaboration between Microsoft & partner sales teams across holistic sales cycles.
Identify new business opportunities for and with partners and support them in building new skills and transforming their business.
Managed Partner Cloud Solution Consumption Execution:
Drive results against cloud solution consumption targets with strategic managed Microsoft solution partners in SMB. Ensure managed partners execute post-close consumption plan execution with aligned SMB customers through consistent rhythm of business.
Performance Management & Self Development:
Provide executive engagement and partner advocacy that leads to world class partner satisfaction. Define and execute a consistent Rhythm of Business (ROB), (delivered through scheduled meetings, conference calls, or formal communications), to actively review & manage to sales, consumption, & scorecard targets by optimizing marketing, sales, & pipeline management activities with strategic Microsoft solution partners.
•Proven strong sales experience– 5-8 years of channel sales
•Self-directed, strong business acumen and analytical/ forecasting skills
•Understanding of cloud and enterprise licensing sales and solutions
•Strategic Thinking & Strategy Development, Teamwork (includes Field engagement and collaboration), Drive for results, Impact and influence, Organizational Agility, Problem Solving
•Educated to Degree Level
•Fluent French and English are essential
