HRIS Data Analyst
This is an opportunity to participate in the successful implementation of a new People Strategy for a growing international luxury hotel management group and more specifically in the project of implantation of an HR Information System, as the Data Analyst expert. The provider chosen is a cloud based HR information system including the modules of Talent Acquisition, Talent and Performance Management, Compensation, Core HR, Time and Labor.
The Data Analyst role is an integral part of the Corporate HR team of Kempinski for the global group which comprises around 25,000 employeesin the current 75 hotels and corporate / regional offices.
The HR team is focussed on the successful delivery of a new People strategyintroduced by the new VP Human Resources who joined end of 2015. The strategy is geared towards the vision to be the Employer of Choice for talents in luxury hospitality in the markets Kempinski operates in now and in the future, while enabling growth and driving superior business performance through effective people management.
To reach the people vision and support the implementation of the corporate strategy focussed on Quality, Performance and Compliance, the mission for the newly formed HR department is centred on several building blocks:
The newly created role is part of the team focusing on the implementation of a global HR In formation System which is not yet existing and reports to the HR Technical Project Manager in charge of the technical aspect of the HRIS implementation.
The key objective for the role of HRIS Data Analystare linked to the successful implementation of the HRIS system, which is an important project part of the implementation of the HR Strategy. The Data Analyst needs to manage the accuracy of the data, do data mapping, upload and download data and transfer data of local systems, under the guidance of the HR Technical Project Manager.
Additional responsibilities and tasks can be added at any time according to the needs of the business.
The ideal candidate would have the following profile:
EDUCATION:Relevant degree in IT
