Corporate Communication Manager (f/m)

We would like to expand our energetic and innovative team of experts with a Corporate Communication Manager (f/m).

Main Responsibilities

  • Wording and proof-reading of a wide range of marketing documentation in English and German (e.g. reports, internal and external business documents, newsletters, mailings, brochures)

  • Professional communication with various stakeholders on different hierarchical levels (CEO, Board members, Area Manager, PM, technicians)

  • PR / communication for journals and newspapers (technical, financial, business) by creating and publishing printing material (articles, papers, advertising)

  • Communication support at all levels for catchy layouts, texts, graphs and photography

  • Collecting and adequately preparing of information for internal and external use (e.g. description of business processes, creating templates and checklists)

  • Responsibility for dedicated subsidiaries and markets covering typical marketing activities such as reference sheets, brochures, presentations, conference organisation, printing material)

  • Responsibility for the implementation of the group’s CI/CD for dedicated subsidiaries worldwide (e.g. by customising of brochures, advertisements and further on- and offline marketing material)

  • Development and administration of high level sales and product presentations in line with CI/CD in intensive collaboration with sales and product management

  • Typical layout and design works in Adobe CS

Experience and qualifications

  • Education in communication, journalism, marketing or University degree related to business communication/journalism

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing communications, ideally in an international industry or agency

  • Proficient in English and proof of excellent communication skills

  • German, English or French as mother tongue

  • Strong knowledge of data processing (MS Office, Adobe CS)

  • Strong skills in presentation, communication and creation of catchy text and layouts

  • Experience in writing various publications such as technical and business reports, documentations, articles and process descriptions

Personal skills

  • Open minded, communicative team player with a passion for collaboration with various stakeholders on different hierarchical levels

  • Excellent writing style in German and English (catching, precise, focused, convincing)

  • Good skills for eye-catching layouts, graphs and photography

  • High level of responsibility and reliability

  • Self-organised, structured, proactive and goal-oriented person

  • Multicultural understanding

  • Creativity in finding innovative ideas
