One of our current top initiatives is to decentralize our organization structure to enhance autonomy of our operational units. In this environment, the Manufacturing & Supply Chain (M&SC) division (~2,000 employees) is looking for a Talent Management and Organizational Development Director.


Based in Winterthur, Switzerland, your mission is to:
• Architect and implement the Organizational Development Strategy for the Cimpress Manufacturing & Supply Chain Operational Unit globally
• Develop executive key talents as identified by the Cimpress Chief Supply Chain Officer
• Create and manage the talent development and management roadmap
• Design and implement learning and development function
• Drive and adapt the target M&SC Organizational Chart and the HR processes, including Talent Review Processes in line with the Company on-going strategy
• Support the use of programs such as mentoring, onboarding, executive assimilation, career development plans, promotional criteria, coaching and 360-degree feedback
• Support regional and global talent mobility by effective talent reviews and succession planning to encourage talent mobility of high-potential and ready now individuals
• Serve as an executive coach – leveraging best practices and relevant assessment instruments
• Design and regularly measure key HR metrics
• Align with Corporate HR teams to implement of division-wide HR initiatives


• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR management, organizational development, educational psychology, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in HR Strategy and Organizational Development with experience working with a Manufacturing and Supply Chain environment
• Significant exposure to Leadership Development, Change Management, Organizational Design, Succession Planning, Compensation and Performance Management
• Experience working efficiently within a large corporate, preferably in a matrix organization with a decentralized operating model
• Experience in developing and implementing large-scale structural, behavioral and cultural change initiatives
• Strong business acumen and the ability to relate development programs directly to business strategy and execution
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Inclusive team player who is collaborative in nature
• Strong project planning skills
• Sense of urgency, action-oriented
• Ability to quickly establish credibility with leadership team
• Persuasive, proactive, strong presence, unpretentious, unquestionable integrity
• Fluency in English required, second European language would be a plus
• Commitment to excellence and to having fun
• Ability to travel up to 25% internationally
