Support Technician L1/L2
We're looking for a

- Bachelor or Master degree in Information Systems or equivalent
- Microsoft Windows 7, Cisco or ITIL v.3 Certifications are a plus
- Significant technical support experience at 1st/2nd level position
- Proficient with Windows 7 and excellent knowledge of Microsoft environments and related business applications (MS XP, MS 7, MS Office, MS Exchange)
- Ability to provide support services to users within Microsoft environment (Windows 7 and Office 2010 mostly)
- Coordinate and follow incident management processes especially for migrations to Sever 2008 and Windows 7
- Optimise the service quality following the best practices defined with our clients and act as a point of contact for resolving user problems
