Trust Administrator, Greater Zurich (38297)
Do you have at least 5 years of trust administration experience within a family office, fiduciary, law firm or private bank? If so, the opportunity exists to join a growing international team of Trust specialists handling trusts, foundations, companies and other fiduciary and wealth planning vehicles.
You will be a fluent/native English speaker, ideally 25 – 35 years old and at least 5 years of trust administration/assistant experience (mandatory). You will ideally be STEP-qualified, or working towards qualification.
Your responsibilities will be to assist in the day-to-day administration of fiduciary structures, as well as covering general administrative tasks (e.g. drafting minutes and resolutions, handling payment orders, general administration etc.).
You should also have experience of liaising with key stakeholders, in English, e.g. banks, law firms, asset managers, accountants etc.
