Job brief

We are looking for a professional Executive Recruiter to join Profil Emploi’s team. The main goal is to develop business and network and to source candidates for highly specialised positions within the financial sector. The goal is to exceed clients’ expectations and to add value to their business.


Your responsibilities

  • Develop business network and build long-lasting client relationships

  • Research and develop recruiting leads

  • Devise and carry out a targeted research strategy

  • Research into clients company, competitors and market place

  • Conduct confidential interviews, follow-up references and check credits

  • Partner with customers to get a clear view on their strategic and financial objectives and hiring needs

  • Map role criteria, define position description and document specifications

  • Track and identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels

  • Assess candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility

  • Present shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summaries

  • Offer guidance and facilitate the negotiation process through to its completion

  • Follow up with clients and assist with the candidate’s transition and on-boarding process


Your profile

  • Proven working experience (minimum 10 years) in recruitingas full-time executive recruiter or having played a key role in managing / recruiting a diverse pool of talent within an industry player

  • Excellent knowledge front-to-back of the financial sector, especially of Private Banking, with significant experience and understanding of roles, responsibilities, skills and challenges linked to all key roles within a financial institution (Relationship Manager, Investment Advisor, Risk and Compliance Functions, Middle and Back Office, Change Management, Technology)

  • English and French excellent knowledge is a must

  • Entrepreneurial spirit

  • University degree

  • Client focus along with relationship building skills

  • Business acumen and market insight

  • Effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills

  • Integrity and confidentiality

  • Passion for people and talent development

  • Team player

  • Swiss nationality or C Permit holder
