The project manager will be responsible for the execution of a series of channel optimization projects across Europe [ orMiddle East, Central Asia and Turkey]. The role will have full responsibility for each project from pre-deal phase to integration phase, ensuring alignment of the regions, BUs and functions with the program. The role will report to the Channel PMO lead.
Master degree in finance or business management
Minimum of 7 years of work experience in channel management, M&A, transaction services or as consultant in a large to mid-size company
Proven track record in project management of transformational projects, preferably in in a matrix environment.
Experience in M&A, specifically in managing integration, is a strong asset
Proven track record in working in a multi-cultural, international environment
Ability to prioritize ; clear thinking
Strong judgment and business acumen
Strong and demonstrable project management skills: planning & coordinating, communicating & influencing, achieving milestones, resolving issues and managing risks
Ability to address difficult situations; conflict resolution; resource constraint and problem solving.
Able to work in a cross functional and multinational environment; culturally aware
Ability to work independently; self-directed with self-managed supervisory reviews to ensure high quality and timely project execution
Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, negotiating; planning and organizing teamwork using influencing skills and to build relationships within a matrixed environment
Additional language skills are preferred (such as German, Spanish, Italian any Eastern European language [for Dubai, Arabic])
Lean Six Sigma and/or project management certification preferred
Willingness to travel at least 50% across Europe and Middle East
