Client Screening Officer

Our client:

A private bank based in Geneva

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Investigate alerts generated from WLM by reviewing KYC and client documentation stored in the scanning database and other systems
  • Ask the Relationship Manager for additional information/documentation and corroborate received information provided by the Relationship Manager
  • Ensure alerts are closed with adequate and documented explanations within planned schedule
  • Raise a potential sanctions list alert to the Sanctions Officer
  • Raise a potential negative fact hit to the Investigations team leader
  • Engage with Relatation Manager for additional information


  • 1 to 3 years experience in Compliance in financial services
  • Experience in audit, operational risk areak is an added value
  • Sound knowledge of KYC & AML
  • Good communication skills (good level of Excel), writing skills
  • Good analytical skills
  • Excellent knowledge of English, solid German and French are preffered, Italian is an advantage

Required skills:

  • Able to work independently as well as in a team, hard worker
  • Strong attention to detail , open-minded
  • Ability to work under stress and take responsabilities

Contract type:Temporary contract

Rate of activity:100 %
