Communicative professional with a flair for interior design
In this position you report directly to the Head of Product Management and are responsible for all products and the entire product life cycle of the radiator premium brand “Runtal”. This includes defining and implementing a growth strategy, initiating and assisting marketing activities, analysing the market and the competition and developing the product portfolio. You also provide technical and commercial support to the international Product Managers and work together with the Pricing Manager to develop a European pricing corridor for current and new products. Other tasks include developing a business model and a product roadmap, trend scouting, idea management, product elimination as well as giving presentations/trainings or leading different types of projects.
You hold either a technical degree with a specialisation in business administration, a business degree with a technical specialisation or a higher degree in architecture/interior design with a specialisation in business administration. In addition you have several years of experience in international product management or sales, ideally with similar products e.g. sanitary bathroom products. You have exceptional strategic and conceptual skills in international marketing and a flair for aesthetical products and interior design. Through your organised and analytical approach you manage your tasks proactively and independently with a high degree of self-motivation. Your entrepreneurial talent and exceptional communication- and presentation skills will bring you success in this role. Fluent German and English skills (Italian is a bonus) along with a willingness to travel internationally (primarily in Europe) complete your profile.
