Chief Strategy Officer (m/w)
In this position you are driving the companies ambitions to become the leader in residential, commercial and industrial indoor climate solutions. As a change agent you are responsible for the strategic development, communication and implementation. This includes supporting strategic key projects, e.g. digitalisation, industry 4.0, and M&A activities. You will also support the external group communication and investor relations. Internally you interface with all key positions and participate at the Group Executive Meetings.
The ideal candidate holds a master’s degree in Business Administration/Economics, applied sciences (STEM) of an international university. You possess some years of relevant leadership experience in an international environment and a successful track record in a similar function. Further you have build up experience managing M&A activities and projects in digitisation. Through your organised and analytical approach you manage your tasks proactively and independently with a high degree of self-motivation. Your entrepreneurial talent and exceptional communication and presentation skills will bring you success in this role. Fluent German and English skills along with a willingness to travel internationally complete your profile.
