    The Project Coordinator is responsible for overall project delivery, by ensuring objectives are

    delivered within scope, budget and timeline. Deadlines are especially important due to the

    events-based nature of the work. Being accountable to customers and service users, the Project

    Coordinator will drive the successful delivery of projects (new services or updates) that create

    expected business value.

    Lead detailed project initiation after Project Approval Gate / Demand Review Board approval
    - Develop the project charter, the work plan (with WBS and including definition of deliverables),
    detailed resource requirements, in line with the PAG approval for the project
    - Confirm individual project resources, and escalate to Project Delivery Manager in case of issues
    - Assess and select suitable external candidates for the different project roles, and communicate
    outcomes to the Business Service Manager (BSM) and Contract & Vendor Manager
    - Agree SOW with the appropriate vendors, and communicate to the BSM and Contract & Vendor
    Lead and monitor project execution
    - Provide leadership and direction for the project
    - Apply proper planning, execution, control and transition methods
    - Manage quality, issue resolution, scope and risk across the project
    - Ensure application of proper tools and techniques
    - Drive effective definition, understanding and execution of project activities, including the revision
    and change control processes, testing and project closure
    - Escalate changes (in cost / resources, quality or timelines) outside of the defined project
    tolerances to the project steering committee or BSM and Project Delivery Manager (if no steering
    - Ensure cross-team integration on project deliverables and activities
    - Provide feed-back on performance both at an individual level and to the contract & Vendor
    - Manager if applicable (for external candidates), including appropriate KPIs. 
    Own the budget and resource management for the project
    - Take responsibility for project budget, in order to achieve the project objectives
    - Keep the BSM and IT Financial Controller up to date about project budget status
    - Keep up to date the IT PMO Manager about project delivery resource
    - Manage performance evaluation for each team resource
    Report & communication
    - On an agreed regular basis, communicate status to the project steering committee and/or to the
    project team
    - Feed IT Portfolio management process with project status information
    - Plan and execute project post-mortem reviews
    Run business analysis (when applicable)
    - Define functional and non-functional requirements as well as conducting demand analysis
    - Act as a subject matter expert / reference person and oversee the business processes
    - Upon request, assist BSM in the demand analysis, by coordinating the technical input, estimating
    costs, and validating delivery capability.
    Perform technical analysis (when applicable)
    - Challenge cost and resource estimates with regards to application
    - Ensure quality of technical design, testing and coding
    - Perform technical QA of the key technical project documentation
    > 5 ans
    Skills & Experience
    - Proven experience in team management and in successful IT project implementation, and good
    knowledge of bespoke developments
    - Knowledge of the whole project life cycle, ability to operate in the initial conceptual design stage,
    in the depths of system testing, and at each stage in between
    - Excellent interpersonal, communication and collaborative skills
    - Good knowledge of risks and change management
    - Ability to work with 3rd party suppliers
    - Distinctive skills in planning, prioritizing and executing project in a dynamic environment with strict
    - Project Management certification is a plus
