Administrative Assistant to the Legal Director (m/f)

- Organise and coordinate events, meetings and conferences

- Take care of diverse travel arrangements on an international scale

- Communicate and negotiate with external suppliers

- Archive different documents and file legal forms

- Proofread different correspondences in English

- Take care of communications with Lotus Notes

- Support the executives in the calendar management

- Assist in various projects as required

6 months temporary contract with possibility of extension

Fluent English and German is a plus, a minimum of 2 years Assistant experience

- Finished commercial education or related degree in Business Administration

- A minimum of 2 years experience as Assistant in an international and dynamic working environment

- Experience in the legal department is a plus

- Fluent in English, German is highly advantageous

- Excellent MS Office knowledge required (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), as well as Lotus Notes

- Discreet, professional, and modest

- Able to hit the ground running

- Outstanding communication skills and ability to act diplomatic

- Motivated to go the extra mile and to make a difference

Our client, is an international company with a strong presence in the industrial sector. We are therefore looking for a professional administrative assistant to support the Legal Director and a dynamic and multicultural team.
