Project Assistant to Reporting and Performance Management team
You will be in charge of : Managing information flow to and from the team ensuring that they get all the information on time. Manages the regular procurement process when someone is hired, when a new contract is negotiated Key point of contact for the coordination of invoices, procurement and capitalisation Monitoring of performances against strategic objectives Correction of reports and correspondence in English and French - using a very technical vocabulary

Ability to be in contact with a diverse range of shareholders (including : HR - Procurement - IT and Finance departments) Bachelor Degree in BA, economics or any related field Desirable : Project management certification Experience supporting high level teams Working experience in a multicultural environment Oracle knowledge will be a plus Microsoft office expertise
