Team Assistant - 7 months
Diary management - maintaining several complex diaries including team meetings, group-wide meetings and meetings with external stakeholders. Travel arrangements - all work related travel arrangements including visas, flights, accommodation, itineraries and ensuring adequacy and cost effectiveness of all arrangements Act as first point of contact for enquiries for the team Greeting guests in Reception upon arrival for meetings Meeting / Event Support - organise meetings as required, including identifying and managing appropriate cost effective venues / facilities, preparing documentation (such as presentations, agendas, packs, papers and notes) Administration - assisting in general administration (including expense reports, dealing with post, stationery, room bookings), processing invoices and purchase orders, management and maintenance of team records (e.g. leave, absence), processing expense claims, support review of monthly management accounts Project support - including coordination, administration, dealing with third parties, maintaining documentation / plans

At least two year's experience as a Personal Assistant or Team Assistant within a high-profile organisation Highly organised and hands-on approach to work Proactive approach, able to anticipate needs Excellent time management skills
