- Prepare and arrange signature of all documents required for the transfer of the administration of entities between different offices, update list of entities and liaise with all relevant departments in respect of such transfers.
- Check Trust Department task box on a regular basis throughout the day.
- Administration of own portfolio of entities, including liaison with Relationship Directors/Managers where necessary.
- Ask for procedures to be created/amended when necessary.
- CSA / STEP Qualified or nearing completion of qualification (ideally).
- Minimum 3 years experience preferably in the international financial services market
- English fluent.
- Excellent IT skills.
