Administrative Assistant - Procurement Departement - TEMP

The main duties for the Assistant:

* Send out and chase responses for Requests for Reach information from suppliers
* Convert Order Requisitions (OR) to Purchase Orders (OP)
* Track & chase up missing confirmations
* Update order confirmations status in Navision system
* Communicate any price changes to Commercial to for margin review
* Respond to supplier queries & follow up
* Follow up and respond to Customer Service queries
* Ensure compliance to local and regional policies/guidelines

Our client is an international company

We are looking for a temp assistant to cover a sickleave during 2 months

As a Procurement Assistant, the client wants you to ideally have the following skills and experience:

Degree qualified in a relevant field
Proficient at MS Excel - comfortable with updating large spreadsheets
Experience working with an ERP system desirable
Analytical and problem solver
Results Driven
Attention to detail
