Hands-on Assistant to the Medical Team (E/G)
- Responsible for the entire vendor management (main liaison between the team and healthcare providers) - Manage the expenses and purchase orders of the team - Plan and coordinate meetings and internal seminars, including invitation, meeting room and presentation preparation - Responsible for diverse international travel arrangements (obtaining visa, permit requirements) for the team on site and abroad - Prepare confidential documentation, correspondence and weekly reports in English - Act as liaison between team members and departments for upcoming projects - Support the onboarding of employees - Maintain and actively advance the company's intranet presence - Coordinate daily incoming and outgoing post - Provide administrative support to the management
2-3 months temporary assignment
Several years as assistant in pharma, fluent in English and German
- Commercial education or related degree in business administration - 3-5 years of administrative assistance experience in an international setting - preferably Pharma - required - Fluent in English and German is essential, French is a plus - Excellent MS Office knowledge, SAP of advantage - Ability to multitask and to work in a fast-paced environment - Excellent organizational and time-management skills - Ability to handle confidential information with complete discretion
