Internal Recruiter - Healthcare exposure mandatory
Sourcing: To support hiring managers in terms of identifying appropriate recruitment strategies for open vacancies and to closely collaborate with the Sourcing team to drive direct and internal candidate sourcing and develop the talent pipeline. Interview & Selection: To proactively identify, engage, qualify and develop candidates to ensure the right candidate is hired into the right role. Managing the end to end recruitment process. To make recommendations to drive decision making during the recruitment process. Offer Management: To manage offer construction and approval process. Best Practice & Operational Excellence To work in conjunction with the Talent Acquisition and Staffing team and global functions to ensure best practice: lead the identification, development and implementation of innovative global best practice, Talent Attraction techniques, processes and systems to ensure high quality talent attraction. Business and Client Partnering To develop and maintain strong internal relationships, to influence hiring strategy decisions and effectively manage implementation- Candidate Relationship Management: To build strong relationships with candidates and manage a high touch candidate experience

Position based in Geneva area - 6 months Try and Hire
You have 2-5 years experience in a similar role - could be in an agency as a consultant or in-house. You are fluent in English - any additional European language will be a plus Bachelor degree minim Able to use all the job boards (including Linkedin, Monster ...) You are perfectly able to work with dash boards and create track records.
