Enthusiastic Office Manager with Allrounder skills

- Welcoming & greeting clients - Taking care of the smooth running of the office from A-Z - Ordering general supplies, overseeing the maintenance of various office electronics/machines, etc - Sorting and distributing mail on a daily basis - Organizing internal and external meetings (setting up meeting rooms, preparing relevant documentation, etc.) - Coordinating team events and team trainings (preparing internal communication, etc.) - First person of contact for suppliers (Telecommunication providers, Car Rental, etc.) - Ensuring that systems operate cohesively - Overseeing payroll expenses - Absence Management & monitoring overtime - Evaluating and introducing improved office procedures - Maintaining a general filing system

Try & Hire

Fluent in English and German, very good experience in a fast-paced setting

- Finished commercial education - At least 3-4 years of experience as Office Manager/Office Administrator in a fast-paced environment - Fluent in English and German, any other language is a plus - Excellent MS Office skills - Ability to multitask under tight deadlines, self-motivated and resourceful - Highly service-oriented, joyful and an outstanding team player

Our client is currently looking for an enthusiastic Office Manager with Allrounder skills, someone who does not shy back to hit the ground running and to show initiative in a very fast-paced setting. This is a position on a try & hire basis.
