Global Office Coordinator - Temp Mission

Manage small-medium size projects, defining the scope and deliverable that supports business goals in collaboration with the Head of Global Office Management and other stakeholders including real estate contractors. Develop full-scale project plans and associated progress reports and communication documents. Draft and submit budget proposals, recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary and keep consistent track of the budget through each project. Plan and schedule project time lines and milestones using project management techniques. Review proposals and documentation provided by local offices and vendors. Negotiate with providers worldwide. Provide day to day administrative support and ensure timely delivery of approved lease contracts to the local offices. Follow up with all the country managers on incomplete forms and documentation necessary to process the lease contracts or any other document needed for administration purposes. Responsible for the lease contract data entry and the regular update of the Database and standard office guidelines. Any other tasks as requested by the Head of Global Office Management.

You will be part of an international project

College degree or qualification in project management. Good knowledge of worldwide real estate market and required working experience in managing office related projects worldwide. Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management and its tools. Proven experience in strategic planning and negotiation skills needed. Excellent organisational and administrative skills. Highly energetic and motivated individual with good interpersonal skills. Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently yet with an aptitude for teamwork, flexible in working with different cultures. Ability to manage several tasks and activities simultaneously and under pressure. Ability to conform in shifting priorities, demands and time lines through analytic and problem-solving capabilities. Computer literate with proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point; Office Project. Fluent in English oral and written, other European languages would be an asset
