* Managing and updating calendars (Director and Team) * Supporting with travel and accommodation arrangements (international scale), securing visas * Organizing internal as well as external events from A-Z * Scheduling meetings, booking rooms and taking minutes when required * Acting as first point of contact for clients and suppliers * Managing invoices and raising purchase orders * Preparing and editing relevant documents (presentations, reports, marketing material, etc.) * Managing incoming emails and calls and accurately transferring to the right contact * Keeping database and information up-to-date * Providing ad-hoc support according to demand (vacation cover, etc.)

* Commercial education, degree in business administration is a plus * At least 3 years of relevant experience as a Senior Administrative Assistant/Team Assistant within a fast-paced international firm * Fluent in English, French and German is an advantage * Proficient user of MS Office tools * Ability to prioritize and keep a calm head during high workload * Great team-player with a positive mindset * Attention to detail, without losing sight of the big picture
