HR Administrator- German & English
-Take care, together with other team members, of administrative activities for employees . -Provide HR support and expertise to staff related to all employee life cycle event: employment contracts, on boarding, time & attendance, absences (including sick/accident leave, accidents, maternity leaves, unpaid leaves, vacations), contractual and position changes, promotions, salary increases, employee related changes due to reorganisation, work permit follow-up, confirmation of end of employment correspondence and follow up, etc. -Handle activities related to social insurances (family allowances, 1st pillar, pension fund, sickness/accident claim, etc.) as per the processes in place and in close collaboration with the payroll team. -Provide information to employees for questions related to their personal situation, to HR policies as well as to Swiss legislation.
We are looking for an HR Admin with Fluent German and English
Experience in HR in a multinational company is a must
-Previous experience of at least 2 years as Assistant HR ideally in a multinational or pharma company - Good knowledge on Swiss labor law - Fluent in German in English , French is a strong asset -HR Certification and commercial school diploma or equivalent -Computer literacy :Office tools, PowerPoint, and very good skills in Excel, HRIS, Workday/Remedy would be a strong asset
