Customer Service Representative - Portugues/Spanish and English
*Manages all government orders arriving via the platform. This process includes but is not limited to: *Checking info for accuracy *Distinguishing between orders being shipped and following the proper processing procedures *Matching item numbers *Determining & communicating lead times of items listed as back-ordered *Following detailed procedure for orders shipping to different locations *Accurately processes and documents necessary information on all government Finance orders. *Manages and accurately processes all orders received from the Advantage portal. *Answers all inbound government calls and process all government orders received *Manages all backorders *Participates in special projects and performs additional duties as required.
