Payroll Consultant with GER & ENG
- Responsible for management of a portfolio of client accounts - Organise and coordinate payroll and other services pursuant to the agreed guidelines: receive and dispatch instructions, follow-up, quality and control, troubleshooting, ensure compliance - Organise periodical performance based meetings to discuss open issues and needs with operations - Gain full understanding of Client's contracts and terms and their needs, to propose the best solutions - Gather and analyse quality indicators - Be involved in the service implementation for new clients
