Senior Administrative Assistant - Temp mission - 4 months
*Effective "gate keeping" for the Head of the department who has an EMEA exposure : managing incoming phone calls *Organizing conference calls & meetings as necessary *Creation of PowerPoint presentations from scratch to a high standard *Travel and expenses management *Other support as requested by the EMEA Team including assisting with administration and co-ordination on various EMEA team operations, projects and initiatives *Meet and greet external contacts and colleagues, including organising refreshments, meeting rooms and equipment as necessary *Maintain efficient filing system in the department including filing, archiving when necessary and shredding sensitive information *Processing invoices *Printing, photocopying *Other ad hoc duties as and when required
Our client is an international company based in Geneva
3 to 4 month assignment starting in August
Your excellent communication and administrative skills will be key. You'll understand the importance of providing a first class service and will have experience of using Microsoft Word and Excel. SAP database knowledge would be an advantage, although a quick training will be given. High standard of accuracy in grammar and data entry is essential Your English is fluent, as well as your French. You will be team-orientated, with a 'continuous improvement' approach, you will show sensitivity and strength in dealing with confidential or emotive information and you will be able to prioritise under pressure.
Our client is a bus regional office and is a FMCG company. You will be comfortable working in a busy, change environment with a high workload.
